Iddo Rachlewski

Iddo Rachlewski currently serves as the CTO and VP of R&D at Laguna Health since January 2024. Previously, Iddo was involved in a stealth-mode startup from November 2022 to August 2023, focusing on building software products. Prior to that, Iddo held the position of VP Engineering at ZipRecruiter from March 2017 to November 2022, overseeing engineering for employer-facing products. Iddo's earlier experience includes significant roles at Convertro, where responsibilities included leading R&D and developing a large-scale data platform, and various engineering positions at Verint, CA Technologies, Radvision, Partner Communications Ltd., and Yael. Iddo holds an MBA in Management of Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation from Tel Aviv University, as well as a B.Sc in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
