Yoni Shtein

Yoni Shtein is the CEO and Co-Founder of Laguna Health, where innovative AI technology enhances conversational care intelligence, enabling clients to improve healthcare delivery using existing platforms. Previously, Yoni co-founded Lion Investment Partners, focusing on Israel's mid-market technology sector, and served as Director of Technology and IP Finance at Fortress Investment Group, leading substantial investments in technology firms. Earlier career experiences include co-founding Koru Venture Partners, serving as Director of Corporate Development at RPX Corporation, and working as a Software Development Engineer II at Microsoft. Yoni's academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Computer Science and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University, complemented by a Bachelor's in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel. Yoni also served in a Commando Special Forces Unit in the Israeli Air Force.
