Tricia Young

Tricia Young is a seasoned professional in the real estate and human resources sectors, currently serving as Broker/Owner at LAH Sotheby's International Realty since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as REALTOR and owner at THREE SIXTY development+sales+management, where responsibilities encompassed business development, sales and marketing management, and strategic planning for builder and developer clients. Tricia co-founded McGriff, Seibels & Williams, working as Human Resources Coordinator, and has held HR positions at Perkins+Will and Greenberg Farrow Architecture, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration. Tricia obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management & Services from Auburn University Harbert College of Business in 2000.
