Allyson Mattox

Allyson Mattox has a diverse and extensive work experience. Allyson is currently the proprietor of Hotel Lahaina since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Sales Marketing at LAHAINA GRILL starting in May 2004. From March 2000 to March 2020, they were the publisher at Fresh Media + The Maui Concierge, where they provided marketing consulting for visitor-industry businesses in Hawai'i and published The Maui Concierge Magazine. Allyson also worked as a publisher at the Activity Owners Association from January 1997 to March 2000. Allyson'searlier experience includes serving as the General Manager at the Honolulu Branch of Snelling Staffing from January 1995 to January 1998.

Allyson Mattox earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder from 1988 to 1991. Allyson later pursued their MBA in Marketing from Chaminade University of Honolulu, completing it from 1995 to 1997. In 2020 and 2021, Allyson Mattox attended Cornell University to obtain a degree in Hospitality Administration/Management through the Hospitality Management 360 program.
