Riitta Kela

Riitta Kela has extensive experience in ICT and IT service management, currently serving as ICT-kehityspäällikkö at Lahden kaupunki / City of Lahti since March 2020. Previously, Riitta held the role of Change Manager at Nice-business Consulting Oy - Nico and served as Solution Manager in Delivery Management at Wärtsilä Corporation, where responsibilities included process development and global user support. Additional experience includes positions as Service Manager and ITSM Consultant at Logica, Incident Manager at Fortum, and Service Manager and Team Leader at Nokia. Riitta holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the University of Helsinki and a Datanomi degree in Information Technology from ATK-instituutti.
