Risto Uotila

Risto Uotila currently serves as the Kaupunginkanslian hallintopäällikkö at Lahden kaupunki (City of Lahti) since January 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Kaupunginsihteeri at Parkanon kaupunki from September 2021 to December 2022 and Project Manager at Haminan kaupunki (Hamina Town) from November 2020 to August 2021. Additionally, Risto Uotila worked as an Administrative Intern at Haminan kaupunki in June to September 2020, focusing on municipal and regional management during an internship as part of the master's program. Risto Uotila holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Municipal and Regional Management from the University of Tampere, pursued between 2015 and 2021.
