Henna Maja

Henna Maja has extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sector, primarily with LähiTapiola since May 2001. Currently serving as a Leading Expert, Henna Maja initiated the exploration of software robotics suitability for the company's needs in 2015, executing PoCs with both Blue Prism and UiPath applications. Henna Maja has also held various roles at LähiTapiola, including Process Owner for Invoice to Payment, where the focus was on standardizing processes using LEAN methodologies, and Department Head, overseeing payment services for multiple companies. Additionally, Henna Maja has experience leading development teams responsible for payment and billing system improvements and has a background as a System Designer with Tapiola Group. Prior to LähiTapiola, Henna Maja worked as an Insurance Processor at GE Vakuutus, handling postal insurance claims and participating in system development.
