Mike Wood is an accomplished Environment Artist with extensive experience in the visual effects and animation industry. Currently employed at LAIKA, LLC since June 2022, Mike has previously held positions at notable companies such as Weta Digital, Industrial Light & Magic, and Digital Domain, contributing to prestigious film projects including "The Avengers," "Thor: The Dark World," and "Transformers: Dark of the Moon." With a solid educational background in Communication Design and Illustration from Texas State University, Mike's career spans over a decade, marked by a variety of roles from digital matte artist to CG generalist.
