Timur Khodzhaev

Timur Khodzhaev is an experienced lead compositor with a strong background in visual effects and compositing across various companies. Currently serving as Lead Compositor at LAIKA, LLC since February 2013, Timur has held multiple titles including Lead Technical Compositor and Senior Compositor. Previous roles include lead compositing positions at Muravey Production, where scripts were written to improve the compositing pipeline for stereo films, and senior compositing work at Aardman Animations for "The Pirates! Band of Misfits." With a foundation in creating CG elements and coordinating teams at Tikibot, as well as experience in commercials and feature films, Timur has developed a comprehensive skill set in compositing and CG artistry. Timur holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Technology of Computer Technique from Tashkent State Technical University.
