Tom Haines

Tom Haines is an experienced media services professional currently serving as the Media Services Director at LAIKA Studios since September 2022. Previously, Tom held various roles at Netflix from October 2017 to June 2021, including Screenings and Screening Assets Team Lead, where Tom managed logistics for multiple high-profile premieres and events globally. Tom's background also includes experience as the Director of Digital Cinema Services at SpectiCast, overseeing theatrical distribution and live streaming projects, as well as developing a statewide streaming platform at Chester County Intermediate Unit. Earlier career experiences include roles as a recording engineer and video producer, a programmer, and a private investigator, alongside educational qualifications from Berks Technical Institute in Criminal/Private Investigation.
