Juan David Patiño-Delgado

Juan David Patiño-Delgado is the Global Head of Finance at Laika Mascotas. Juan is responsible for the Finance Team across Latin America and has been in this position for 7 months. Prior to this, they were the Financial Planning and Risk Senior Director at Pei Asset Management where they were responsible for the financial reporting of the biggest Colombian Reit (AUM ~2.0 USD billion), coordinated a ten person team, and was in charge of the Real Estate independent valuations of the REIT assets (+140 assets). Juan has also worked as the Head Of Financial Planning LATAM at WSP where they were responsible for the financing Reporting for all LATAM region (5 Countries), collaborated in M&A transactions in Colombia, and was part of the team preparing and winning the GMTO telescope project (biggest telescope in the world).

Juan David Patiño-Delgado has a UNIR - La Universidad en Internet IMBA and a Universidad de Los Andes BSc in Industrial Engineering. Juan studied engineering at Universidad de Los Andes from 2005 to 2010.
