Erin Lail

Partner at Lail Vineyards

Erin is part of the fifth generation in our winemaking family. After graduating from college, Erin started her professional career in San Francisco working for a private investment company but found that she yearned to get back to Napa Valley and her family roots. In 1998, she joined her mother, Robin, to launch Lail Vineyards. In 2003, Erin founded Honeydew Napa Valley, a successful luxury estate management and entertainment service. She recently has expanded her repertoire and has become a realtor with Coldwell Banker. Erin feels the wine business, estate management and real estate all tie together to create a seamless scope of services to support people who want to move to Napa Valley. “I love tying it all together for people and sharing what a special place Napa Valley is for my family and how it might be for them, too.” Erin’s greatest pride is her children who, along with their cousins, represent the 6th generation of Lail’s winemaking family, Georgia and Henry both have prestigious Lail Sauvignon Blancs named after them. They have been present for harvest since they were old enough to help, and are very interested in carrying on the family tradition. Additionally, Erin is a huge advocate of the St. Helena Public Schools system which Georgia and Henry attend. She also supports Summer Search which helps at-risk youth. Taking care of the people and the land where she lives are of the utmost importance to her.
