Felipe Badolati

Felipe Badolati is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in digital engineering and design, currently serving as a Senior Digital Engineer at Laing O'Rourke since July 2017. In this role, Felipe drives operational efficiency by defining and implementing a digitally-enabled backfill management process at Hinkley Point C, while also providing support to the Sizewell C engineering team. Leading a team of digital engineers, Felipe oversees end-to-end information management and digital tools related to earthworks management. Prior to this, Felipe held roles as a Civil Engineering Designer at various firms, including Civil Intentions Ltd, Promon Engenharia, IQS Engenharia, and Noronha Engenharia S.A., where responsibilities encompassed geometrical design and earthworks for diverse infrastructure projects including wind farms, highways, railways, and airfield pavements. Expertise includes utilizing tools such as Civil 3D for drainage and earthworks design.
