Gemma Richardson Mrics

Gemma Richardson MRICS is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Since January 2007, Gemma has held various senior roles at Laing O'Rourke, including Senior Commercial Manager for Clients & Markets and Expanded Geotechnical, as well as Senior Quantity Surveyor. Prior to this, Gemma worked as a PA/Buyer at The Homes Factory / The Palmer Partnership and as a Team Secretary at Hays. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying (Consultancy Management) from the University of Greenwich, an HNC in Quantity Surveying from Bexley College / The University of Greenwich, and has been recognized as a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2018.
