Lex Manefield

Lex Manefield has over a decade of experience in engineering and transformation management, currently serving as a Transformation Change Manager and Business Analyst at Laing O'Rourke since August 2013, focusing on strategy and transformation initiatives. Previous roles at Laing O'Rourke include Engineer and Site Engineer, where notable contributions included collaborating on the design and installation of a construction-scale 3D printer within the Engineering Excellence Group. Lex Manefield also gained experience at SunSHIFT as a Project Engineer and Innovation Engineer while maintaining ties to Laing O'Rourke. Earlier professional experience includes positions as an Undergraduate Site Engineer at Leighton Contractors and a Laboratory Technician at Sika.
