Liem Ngo

Liem Ngo is an experienced Senior Stakeholder and Community Engagement Manager at Laing O'Rourke since March 2022, specializing in community and stakeholder relations for major infrastructure projects across Sydney. With a robust background in strategy and stakeholder engagement, Liem served as a Director at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment and held various leadership roles at Transport for NSW, focusing on communications and program analysis for transport construction projects. Previous positions include managing legislative and policy initiatives at the Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW and the Department of Environment, Climate Change and Water, as well as engaging in drug and alcohol policy at The Cabinet Office. Liem holds an Executive Master of Public Administration from ANZSOG and dual degrees in Law and Commerce from UNSW.
