Shasidharan CSP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital development and supply chain transformation. Currently serving as the Group Head Of Digital Development for Laing O'Rourke, Shasidharan has also held notable positions such as Global Head of Supply Chain Transformation & Digital Transformation at Lendlease, and Strategic Growth Advisor at NyikBar. In addition to leading operational excellence initiatives at Lendlease, Shasidharan has contributed to diversity programs through chairing the LendLease Indigenous Supplier Diversity Program. Shasidharan holds an M.B.A. in Strategy from Melbourne Business School and completed a Professional Certificate in Model Based System Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
