Andy Andreou is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in management, survival instruction, martial arts, and fitness training. Currently serving as the General Manager at Laings Jewellers since November 2017, Andy also possesses extensive experience in outdoor survival skills as a Survival Instructor at Survival Activity Sussex since March 2006. As a registered 4th Degree Black belt in Taekwondo, Andy has dedicated 18 years to martial arts coaching with A.T.O.M. Additional prior roles include Assistant Manager at Aurum Holdings, and several positions in personal training and fitness instruction at various organizations. Andy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The Open University and has completed advanced training in personal training and psychology.
