Felicity Lynden, GIA AJP, is a skilled Senior Designer at Laings Jewellers since June 2020, and also serves as a Designer. In addition, Felicity has been a Diamond Specialist and Sales Associate at LAING Edinburgh since November 2016, focusing on building customer relationships and providing expert advice to meet sales targets. Previous experience includes a Sales Associate position at Argento from March 2016 to October 2016. Felicity holds a BA(Hons) in Jewellery and Silversmithing from The University of Edinburgh, as well as certifications in gemmology and jewellery from the DeBeers Group Institute, GIA, and the National Association of Jewellers.
