During tenure at Laings, Rodrigo developed a strong passion for the watch and jewellery industry, benefiting from comprehensive training provided by one of the largest independent family-run jewellery businesses and renowned brands such as Rolex and Patek Philippe. Prior to Laings, Rodrigo worked with L'Oréal from 2019 to 2021 as a Solo Account Manager and Beauty Advisor for Yves Saint Laurent, achieving a notable +12% year-to-date growth at the Debenhams Southampton counter before transitioning to the high-performing John Lewis account, focusing on fragrance.
