Ken Neal

Ken Neal, MBA, is a seasoned Quality Manager with extensive experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement across multiple industries. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Laird Connectivity since April 2022, Ken previously held positions such as Quality Assurance Manager at Potter Electric Signal and QA and Continuous Improvement Manager at Killark Electric, where responsibilities included managing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and overseeing significant Kaizen initiatives that generated substantial savings. With a background in manufacturing and engineering, Ken has implemented quality systems, led teams to improve performance, and engaged in high-level operational management, including safety and environmental compliance.
