Paul Dickinson CTA ACA has extensive work experience, starting in 1988 with E & Y as a Tax Senior. Paul then moved to Cable & Wireless in 1996, where they worked as a Senior Tax Manager, overseeing tax affairs in the Caribbean, Panama, and the Far East. In 2005, they joined Darty plc as a Group Tax Manager, responsible for managing the Group's effective tax rate and implementing tax efficient proposals. In 2015, they joined Laird as the Interim Group Tax Manager and later became the Group Tax Manager and Director of Group Tax. As of 2022, they are taking a break from work but recently served as the Corporate Director, Tax (Head of Tax) at Sandals Resorts International. Throughout their career, Paul has successfully managed tax compliance, implemented tax efficiencies, and conducted tax reporting for various companies.

Paul Dickinson CTA ACA attended Beverley Grammar School from 1978 to 1985. Paul then went on to study Accountancy and Law at the University of Stirling, earning their BA degree from 1985 to 1988.
