Hattie Pace

Hattie Pace is an experienced professional currently serving as a Capital Formation & Investor Relations Associate at Laird Group Partners, LP since February 2025. Prior to this role, Hattie worked as the EB-3 Program Manager at Interstaff, Inc. from June 2023 to July 2025, overseeing strategic recruiting efforts for an international nursing Visa program.
