Kristen Bauer’s life calling dovetails perfectly with that of LNWM: To help individuals and families thrive and prosper in all aspects of their lives. Wealth presents many unique opportunities and also challenges, she says. Success is helping clients realize the full potential of all that is valuable to them, including financial wealth, relationships, education, and community. This was the original vision for LNWM when it was founded in 1967 and remains true to this day.

A CPA with more than 20 years of experience in holistic wealth management, Kristen originally started her career as a trusted advisor and CFO for a legendary Pacific Northwest family. She went on to become president at Threshold Group, helping transition a single-family office into a multi-client office, developing and leading the national family office practice and ultimately merging the company into Tiedemann Advisors.

At LNWM, Kristen very much appreciates that she is leading a company founded by a family for the benefit of families. Privately held and independent, LNWM is not beholden to Wall Street analysts, financial products salespeople, or any other outsiders, she notes. “The company works solely for the clients and that allows them do their best work for each.”

She is a Certified Public Accountant and Personal Financial Specialist. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington, Foster School of Business.
