Ben Miner has a diverse work experience that spans over 20 years. Ben started their career as a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at Microsoft, where they provided Tier 2 support for Windows 98 and Microsoft Windows Update issues. Ben also authored and reviewed Microsoft Knowledge Base articles. After that, they worked at Bit by Bit Computers as a Senior PC Technician, where they built, imaged, and deployed various equipment for business conferences, trade shows, and office relocations. Ben then joined BenefitMall as a Sr. IT Helpdesk Technician, providing telephone and desk-side support for both internal and external users. Ben also built, imaged, and deployed PCs and laptops and installed and configured network printers and document imaging systems.
