James Pille

James Pille is a highly experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in technical service and applications engineering. Currently serving as the Technical Service Engineering Supervisor and previously as a Field Applications Engineer at Laird Performance Materials since September 2010, James specializes in on-site engineering support, engineering design, and 3D modeling of custom products. As the Owner/Operator of Pille Welding and Repair since January 2006, James provides repair and fabrication services to the agriculture industry. Previous roles include an Applications Engineer and Engineering Specialist at Laird Technologies, where James coordinated global prototypes and designed EMI products for major clients. James began the career as an Engineering Technician at Big 3 Precision Products and Curry and Associate Engineers, focusing on design and surveying for the automotive and water systems sectors. James is pursuing further education at Kaskaskia College, holding an AAS degree in Mechanical Design and Computer Aided Design from Lincoln Technical Institute.
