Paul Welti

Paul Welti is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within multinational companies and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Global Sales Controller and Analytics Lead at Laird Thermal Systems since June 2018, Paul has also held positions such as Financial Controller and Senior Finance Analyst. Paul co-founded Marcela Welty - Pilates & Bien-Etre in May 2022. Prior to Laird, Paul worked as a Senior Business Analyst for Wella Salon Professional at Coty and held a Business Analyst position at Procter & Gamble, contributing to significant cost savings and improved financial processes. Additional experience includes consultancy at GANICA and hotel management roles, showcasing a diverse background in finance, operations, and hospitality management, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management from EHL.
