Jacob Margolis

Jacob Margolis is a Senior Science Reporter at KPCC - Southern California Public Radio, where responsibilities include reporting daily and long-form science stories focused on climate change, disasters, and ecological issues since February 2012. Margolis also hosts the podcast 'The Big Burn,' which addresses wildfires through engaging narratives, and 'The Big One: Your Survival Guide,' which contemplates the challenges of surviving a significant earthquake in Los Angeles. Previously, Margolis worked at NPR from September 2011 to February 2012 as an intern and temporary producer, contributing to the show All Things Considered and various other programs.
