Petronela Geczo

Petronela Geczo has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Trainer at Benchmark Electronics, Inc., where they coordinated and organized training sessions for new employees. Petronela also completed the induction for each new employee and monitored their progress during the induction period.

From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Software Developer at Petatec GmbH.

In 2014, they joined SSL SOFTWARE as a Web Developer.

Beginning in 2017, Petronela worked at Laitek Inc. as a Full Stack Web Developer, where they managed the web application and developed new features for data migration solutions in the medical field. Petronela also took on the role of Scrum Master, guiding the team through continuous improvement processes.

Most recently, in 2021, Petronela joined Azimut Vision as a Front End Developer and Accredited Technical Trainer. Petronela'sresponsibilities included executing learning strategies and programs, performing practical activities to enhance professional skills, and developing new websites using HTML, CSS, Media Query, and Javascript.

Petronela Geczo began their education journey in 2008, when they enrolled at Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov. Petronela pursued a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Systems and Technologies, which they completed in 2012.

In the same year, Petronela furthered their education at Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov by joining the eStart - Pilot program- POSDRU/86/1.2/S/54956. This program was part of their Master's degree studies, and they successfully completed it in 2014.

Alongside the eStart program, Petronela also pursued a Master's degree in Integrated Electronics and Communication System at Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov. This degree was obtained in 2014, marking the end of their higher education journey.

Petronela Geczo has also obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in August 2021.
