Tim Bayer, PMP, CSM, has a diverse work experience, consistently holding project management and leadership roles. Tim'smost recent position is as the Director of PMO & Global Services at Laitek Inc., which they began in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SDLC Partners, L.P. - A CitiusTech Company as a Manager of Project Management from March 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining SDLC Partners, Tim worked at Trinisys, where they held multiple roles, including Account Manager from January 2021 to March 2022, Senior Project Manager from August 2020 to January 2021, and Project Manager, IT from August 2019 to August 2020.

Previously, they were a self-employed Independent Consultant from October 2019 to May 2020. Tim has also worked at companies such as ClarisHealth as an IT Project Manager from September 2018 to August 2019, axialHealthcare as an Implementation Project Manager from August 2017 to September 2018, Simpson Strong-Tie as a Quality Assurance Engineer from May 2015 to August 2017, and Trinity Marine Products Inc as a First Class Quality Tester from June 2014 to May 2015.

Tim Bayer, PMP, CSM holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from Union University. Tim obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2020 and their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2021.
