Len Such

Len Such has extensive experience in project management and digital transformation within the insurance and automotive industries. Len started in 2001 at TheAA, where they held various roles including Manager of eCommerce Operations and Service Delivery Manager. In 2009, they became the Head of Digital Delivery at theAA.com. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as the Digital IT - Transformation Programme Lead at The AA, overseeing a 3-year digital transformation program. Len then served as the Digital & Regulatory IT Portfolio Manager from 2015 to 2019, where they managed a regulatory project portfolio and delivered a new company intranet system. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Direct Wines as a Senior Project Manager.

Len Such attended Kingston University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued an MSc degree in Information Systems.
