Danielle Andros currently serves as a People & Culture Business Partner at Laitram since January 2019, where responsibilities include partnering with divisional leadership to align people strategies with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness. Prior to this, Danielle held roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager and Corporate Recruiter at Laitram, focusing on talent identification and development. Additionally, Danielle worked as a Project Manager - Management Consultant at NTT DATA North America, supporting data governance for Bank of America, and as a Resource Manager at Signature Consultants, specializing in corporate and investment banking recruitment. Danielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Appalachian State University, earned in 2016.
