Faith Sousa has extensive experience in financial management and administrative roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Accounts Payable at Lake Avenue Church since March 2019, Faith has previously held positions as Office Manager at Win Pont Investment Inc., where responsibilities included office management and financial reporting, and as SSD Lead Business Specialist at Kaiser Permanente, co-managing deployment professionals and developing learning activities for software implementation. As Business Director at City of Hope, Faith supported multiple departments through budget management and grant activities while collaborating on strategic planning. Faith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Ambassador College, earned between 1980 and 1984.

Lake Avenue Church is a 120 year-old congregational church. We have a strong history of growth, vibrancy, and community engagement. We have an evangelical theology and value a diversity of thought and spiritual expression. Our value for diversity is much deeper than worship styles and programs. Our neighborhood represents a variety of ethnicities, socioeconomics, beliefs, and lifestyles, and we are passionate about reflecting this diversity as well as engaging with our diverse neighborhood.
