John Bealer

John Bealer is an experienced executive in the field of parks and recreation, currently serving as the Executive Director at Lake Bluff Park District since September 2020. Previously, John held the position of Director of Parks, Recreation & Facilities for the Village of Schiller Park from November 1994 to September 2020. With a strong background in programming, resource management, and business development, John's expertise includes implementing recreational programs, analyzing fiscal and budgetary data, and training and mentoring staff. Additionally, John served as the Director of Parks and Recreation in Wapato, WA, from 1991 to 1994. John Bealer holds a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Parks Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation Administration from Western Illinois University.
