Lead Infection Preventionist at Lake Butler Hospital

Jeffry Consaul began their work experience in 2008 as a Pharmacy Technician at Brashear's Pharmacy, where they held a volunteer position until February 2009. Jeffry then worked as a Pharmacy Associate at CVS-Pharmacy from March to May 2009. Jeffry continued their career as a Resident Assistant at Sunflower Springs Assisted Living Facility from January to August 2010. In 2012, they worked as a Research Intern at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy / Xcenda: AmerisourceBergen Consulting Services for a period of two months. Jeffry joined Walgreens in October 2014 as a Pharmacist and worked until July 2015. Jeffry then served as the Director of Pharmacy Services at Lake Butler Hospital starting in July 2015, and concurrently held the position of Lead Infection Preventionist from May 2017.

Jeffry Consaul completed their education at the University of Florida from 2010 to 2014, earning a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree with a specialization in Pharmacy. Prior to that, they attended Pasco-Hernando State College from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained an Associates Degree in Pre-Pharmacy Studies. Additionally, they hold several certifications including Infectious Disease from the BPS - Board of Pharmacy Specialties (obtained in July 2020), Consultant Pharmacist from the State of Florida (obtained in May 2016), Certified Immunizer (Pharmacist) from the Florida Board of Pharmacy (obtained in October 2014), and Registered Pharmacist (RPh) from the Florida Board of Pharmacy (obtained in July 2014).
