Prior experience includes project management at Green Mountain Quality Assurance, freelance copywriting at Taranto Creative, and editorial work at ShowBoats International. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Culture from Middlebury College, complemented by technical skills in various software applications.
