Brad Grabow has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Brad began their career in 1985 as a Vice President at Bank One. Brad then worked as a commercial banking and economic development consultant at Crowe Horwath LLP from 1994 to 2007. Following that, Brad served as a Director on the Board of Directors for Delta Upsilon International Fraternity, where they also held the role of Treasurer from 2008 to 2011. In 2008, they joined Fifth Third Bank as a Commercial Banker, overseeing a portfolio of commercial lending relationships. Brad served there until 2012 when they transitioned to become a Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer at Lake City Bank. Brad continued to progress within the company, eventually becoming the Vice President and Credit Administration Officer in 2019 and later the Senior Vice President and Credit Administration Officer in 2022. Brad also contributed to their community by taking a mayoral appointment as the President of the Carmel Plan Commission for the City of Carmel, Indiana, starting in 2008. In addition, they served as the Board Chairman for the Carmel Symphony Orchestra from 2013 to 2017.

Brad Grabow received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and French from DePauw University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Brad went on to pursue their MBA at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, specializing in Real Estate Finance, from 1990 to 1994.
