Justin Hayes

Justin Hayes has a diverse work experience. Justin began their career with the US Army as a human resource specialist from July 2008 to May 2015. In 2014, they also worked as a branch intern at Scottrade for a year. In 2014, they joined Lake City Bank, where they held several roles, including credit analyst from December 2014 to December 2016, senior credit analyst from December 2016 to January 2018, small business lending officer from January 2018 to January 2022, assistant vice president - small business lending officer from October 2019 to January 2022, and vice president - business banking manager from January 2022 to March 2023. Currently, they serve as the vice president and a commercial lending officer at Lake City Bank from February 2023.
