Katherine Ghiglione is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the Greater Seattle region. Since October 1995, Katherine has served as a Broker, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Certified Negotiation Expert at Lake & Company Real Estate, representing property sellers and buyers. Prior to this, from January 1989 to October 1995, Katherine worked as a Property Sales Associate at Ballard Realty, facilitating real estate transactions across the Seattle and Tri County Area. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Washington, earned between 1977 and 1979.
