Patty Moriarty is a seasoned Real Estate Broker with extensive experience in the real estate industry, having worked at Lake & Company Real Estate since January 2007. Prior to this role, Patty was the Owner of Native Growth Consulting and Education, specializing in developing and teaching classes focused on development and sustainability in the Northwest from October 2008 to October 2014. Experience also includes positions as an Agent at Gerrard Beattie and Knapp (2002-2007) and Windermere Real Estate (1996-2002), as well as Sole Proprietor of Moriarty & Associates Appraisal (1994-2000), where Patty was a certified Washington State Residential Appraiser. Additional appraisal experience includes work at Lake Washington Appraisal (1992-1994). Patty Moriarty's educational background includes coursework in Real Estate Appraisal and related fields at various institutions, including North Seattle College and Seattle Central College.
