Doug Rich

Doug Rich currently holds the position of Sales Manager at Lake County Captains, a role assumed in February 2023. Previously, Doug served as an Associate Regional Director for BBYO from November 2021 to February 2023 and worked with the Cleveland Indians as a Premium Seating Attendant between May 2019 and November 2021. Prior experiences include an internship at ESPN Cleveland with Good Karma Brands and a summer internship with Verus Management Team, where Doug helped train NBA athletes during the offseason. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Marketing and Management from Indiana University Bloomington and pursued a Doctor of Law degree in Sports and Entertainment Law at Brooklyn Law School. Doug completed an Honors Diploma at Solon High School prior to these academic achievements.
