Pradip Sahu

Pradip Sahu is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law and governance. Currently serving as Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at USG Corporation since February 2006, Pradip oversees all facets of intellectual property for a global manufacturing entity. Additionally, Pradip has been a Trustee for the Village of Grayslake since May 2022 and was elected to the position in April 2023. As a Board Member of the Lake County Forest Preserve District's Preservation Foundation starting in January 2023, Pradip plays a key role in guiding the foundation's objectives and financial planning. In a family business, Pradip holds the title of Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel at Creative Technical Solutions, Inc., focusing on specialty alloys in the food industry. Academic credentials include an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, a JD from Northern Illinois University, a Doctor of Chiropractic, and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Biology and Economics/Molecular Biology.
