Kelly Randall

Kelly Randall is Executive Director of Facilities & Planning at Lake County Schools, where Kelly has been working since October 2006. Kelly previously served as Chief Planner at the City of Winter Garden from September 2001 to October 2006. Kelly holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University of Florida and a degree in Growth & Structure of Cities from Bryn Mawr College.
