Rachael Adams

Rachael Adams is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education and curriculum development. Rachael has worked at Lake County Schools since 2010, where Rachael holds various roles such as Secondary Curriculum and Instruction Program Specialist, Instructional Coach, Athletic Director, and Teacher. Rachael is also a Podcast Producer at Generally Managed and a Yoga Instructor at Life Untangled, specializing in Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga. Rachael previously worked as a Physical Education Teacher at Orange County Public Schools. Rachael holds a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Florida.
