Darren Totty Pharmd, Aph

Darren Totty, PharmD, APh is an experienced ambulatory care pharmacist currently serving at Lake County Tribal Health Consortium since March 2022. Prior to this role, Darren worked at Kaiser Permanente from August 2021 to March 2022, focusing on Direct Oral Anticoagulants (DOAC) and Endocrinology. From June 2014 to July 2021, Darren held the position of Program Supervisor at Sutter Health, where responsibilities included supervising clinical pharmacists and nurse case managers within the Case Management program. Darren began the career as an Advanced Practice Clinical Pharmacist and earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of California, San Francisco, from 1991 to 1995, having previously studied at the University of California, Davis, from 1989 to 1991.
