Lyndsey Brown

Lyndsey Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lyndsey is currently working as the Director of Community and Economic Development at LAKE CUMBERLAND AREA DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT since February 2022. Prior to this, from August 2020 to March 2022, Lyndsey worked as an Economic Recovery Coordinator at South Central Workforce Development Board. Before that, they held the role of Recruiting Manager at Bluegrass Supply Chain Services from May 2017 to June 2020.

From May 2015 to January 2017, Lyndsey worked as a Recruiting Manager at Staff Management | SMX. In this role, they were responsible for designing and maintaining the recruitment process across multiple locations and forging partnerships with various organizations through sourcing partnerships and hiring events.

Lyndsey Brown obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Campbellsville University during the period of 2009 to 2011. Then, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management at the same institution from 2011 to 2012.
