Jason Wozniak

Jason Wozniak currently serves as the General Manager of Food and Beverage for the Lake Elsinore Storm since December 2019, overseeing all food and beverage operations within the Diamond stadium, including concessions, VIP service, four bars, a full-time restaurant, and off-site catering events. Wozniak has previously held the position of General Manager where a part-time concept was successfully transformed into a full-time business. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Manager for Rickety Cricket Brewing, where a new location was opened in Las Vegas while providing support to existing locations, and as Director of Operations for Hangar 24 Craft Brewery, where the first restaurant was launched, a food menu introduced, and management structures improved. Wozniak also spent 17 years as General Manager at TGI Fridays, focusing on operations and enhancing sales and profit growth. Wozniak graduated from Coon Rapids High School in 1995.
