Jenni Kinnaird

Originally from Kansas, Kinnaird previously served business programs at McPherson College, where she created numerous courses, led accreditation reaffirmation efforts regarding resource, planning, and institutional effectiveness. During her time at Bethany College, she led departmental strategic planning efforts and played a key role in regional accreditation efforts. With over 17 years of experience teaching at the college level, she is experienced in developing and delivering online, traditional, and hybrid courses, and demonstrated extraordinary abilities to collaborate across various programs and disciplines to support academic innovation. In addition, her sustained efforts in assessment, program development, and the ability to build strategic alliances to support academic and student success are attributes that contribute to her selection as the next business dean and LEC.
