Lake Forest Academy is a school with a rich tradition. Founded in 1857, we are the product of a boys’ school opened in 1857 and a girls’ school, Ferry Hall, opened in 1869. Small classes, active and varied learning experiences, and a meaningful advisory system are all cherished aspects of our history.
