Stan Earnshaw

Stan Earnshaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as a Career Coach and Mentor at Lake Grove Job Seekers since September 2021, Earnshaw also volunteers as a Financial Literacy Instructor at Financial Beginnings Oregon. As the President of Next Stage Services, LLC, Earnshaw focuses on empowering businesses through strategic growth and product development. Additionally, as Vice President and Advisor at Tac-Alert, Earnshaw is involved in strategic partnerships and product development for an innovative startup. Previous roles include Co-Founder and VP of Sales at PointCentral, where Earnshaw contributed to the growth of a leading Smart Home automation company, and VP Sales & Marketing positions at First Aid Only and GE Security, among others. Earnshaw holds a BS in Marketing Management with a minor in Computer Science from Oregon State University.
